Registration
Families may register with Regina Caeli Academy two times per year.  Registration is
open from
May 1st - September 30th  and for one month in the winter (January).  
Exceptions are made on a case by case basis.
New families please contact Director.
Fees
Enrollment Process - Starts May 1st
Regina Caeli Academy
  • $100 tuition per family per year.
  • Additional yearly registration fee per student - $35.00 new students, $10
    returning students
  • Early registration reduced fees for returning families
  • Large family reduced fees for four or more students from the same family
  • $25 fee for transcript preparation
  • $25 late fee after September 15th deadline.
How to Enroll
Mail the following completed items to Regina Caeli Academy:

  1. Registration Form for 2008-2009  
  2. Academy Fees for the full amount (checks, money orders, or paypal)
  3. Parent(s) Educational Qualification Form
  4. Emergency Info Sheet
  5. Course of Study Forms for K-8 and/or High School
  6. Proof of membership in either HSLDA or CHN (contact us for HSLDA group
    discount number)
  7. Completed Physical Health Form and vaccination records for Kindegarten and
    1st graders (Contact school about these requirements)
  8. Permanent Records Transfer Request form. Previous school information and
    signature of parent required.
  9. Field Trip Guidelines.  Must have on file with Regina Caeli Academy.
  10. Educational Consulting Services Enrollment Form - highly recommended for
    new families to help you with oversight and curriculum choices.
  11. Program Policy Agreement Form- school policies must be read and signed.
  12. Returning families must make sure that a record of vaccinations are on file
    for each student even with a personal belief waiver signed.
  13. High School Senior Requirements Check Off Form - For students entering
    12th grade.
Please contact the Regina Caeli Director prior to enrolling.  From time to time
enrollment is closed.

All items in the above list must be sent in with your
registration form in order to complete the registration
process.  Incomplete packets will not be accepted and
student will not be considered enrolled. Early registration
discount only applies if all forms are completed and
submitted at the same time.
Those items indicated with an       are the only forms required for returning families.
How to Disenroll
Contact Regina Caeli Academy by written letter or email that you wish to disenroll
your student on a particular date.  No refunds will be given for disenrolled students
throughout the year.  Receiving a request to transfer students records will not be
enough to disenroll your child.  Student records must be requested by the new
school within 3 months upon leaving Regina Caeli Academy.  Student files cannot be
stored beyond this time limit.

and enter that amount when asked for
from the PayPal form.
